Rescheduling IP year end party

Due to unpredicted storm and that every channel is saying something different.

The Year End Party will be put off until a later date.

 I will forward new details when I set a date and time with the Civic Centre.

WE can still have hockey practice - I just want the majority of players and families to be at the year end party.
